The world of digital marketing has in the past year changed drastically, and the demand to see the results of each invested marketing krone (ROI) has become a focus area of most major advertisers. At the same time the use of the Internet changed dramatically with new media as social media, blogs, loyalty sites, etc.

For advertisers make up the new consumption patterns within mediakonsumpsjon and the new media types are both challenges and tremendous opportunities. How to use these mediachannels as advertising markets and how technical systems can contribute to results and ROI?
 

 

In this workshop we will focus, among others, on the following:
• How has the media use changed with the Internet, and what consequences will this have for marketing?
• Affiliate marketing - how did it start and why has the concept become so popular?
• How can I take advantage of performance-based marketing as part of my marketing activities to maximize results and ROI?
• The tracking of online activities is a hot topic! Tracking is not only tracking.
• Behavioral marketing and retargeting - why and how? What experiences have we made this year as a supplier of these services in Norway.
• Case study: How does Nelly.com use affiliate marketing to generate sales through the blog medium.

This workshop will be held by TradeDoubler, one of the world's largst internet marketing companies.

Joachim Gjølberg: Is responsible for TradeDoubler's consultative activities and is working with some of Norway's biggest advertisers. Joakim has had his own ecommerce business almost since the start of the Internet, and held a series of lectures on internet marketing in a future-oriented perspective.

Mats Staugaard: Has extensive experience in performance-based online marketing and has worked with affiliate marketing since its humble beginnings. He has established some of Norway's largest IT blogs, and is currently technical director at TradeDoubler in Norway.

Anders Will Stedt: Has worked with internet marketing since the mid-1990s. With a broad marketing knowledge, he has a holistic perspective and comprehensive experience of how the Internet can be used as a marketing channel in order to achieve good results. Anders works as International Business Development Manager at TradeDoubler.

Harald Hesselroth: Has been a Country Manager in TradeDoubler since 2005 and has extensive experience in both marketing and information industry. Harald is a graduate with a master's degree within marketing and has built up TradeDoubler to be Norway's largest company in performance-based marketing.
