Digital strategy- how and why!

 

The digital evolution that we are experiencing today offers many possibilities. Our customers and partners have greater and greater expectations for how organizations behave in and use the digital world, which requires that our strategy must also be digitally oriented. Creuna will provide an introduction to what a digital strategy is and will through group sessions challenge the participant to think more strategically digitally.

Eirik Norman Hansen:

 

 

Eirik is director of business development in Creuna. He has an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management with specialization in Information Management. Erik has over 12 years experience in strategy, communication, web and interactive projects, and has worked with clients such as Statkraft, Telenor, REC and Eltek. Eirik came to Creuna from the position as CEO in Rayon Visual Concepts. Today, Erik is working primarily with business development with special focus on our new digital reality.

 

Beate Alme:

Beate is an adviser in Creuna in digital business development and strategy. She has extensive experience with web and has worked with management and processes in communication and technology over the last 10 years. She has computer science education from the University of Oslo and has worked with clients who Moelven, Posten, Opplysningen1881, Vinmonopolet, Menu and SAVE. In addition, she has experience from various companies and establishments, where she has been working with the management, strategy development and service design. Beate has previously been head of the Content Management section of Creuna responsible for methodology and project execution, held various leadership roles in the Mogul and was project manager for EUnet / KPNQwest.

 

 

Kirsty Glenne:

 

 

Kirsty is an advisor with over 8 years experience in strategy development, consulting and digital strategy. Kirsty is a graduate sivilmarkedsfører, and has previously worked as a strategy consultant at Telenor and Accenture London with clients such as AstraZeneca, Vodafone, BAT, Stena Line, Volkswagen, Pizza Express. Kirsty also has a background in sales and marketing from Diageo and Unilever. In recent years she has also started its own online store is now well established in Norway and the rest of Scandinavia.
