Sosial media in practice “Hashtaggen” (INMA's professional group for social media) will hold a workshop and seminar on social media in practice. During the day it will be presented six cases witch all represent groundbreaking and thorough work with the help and the use of social media. We look at the use and effect in relation to customer service, reputation, and not least the sale and use of social media in marketing campaigns. The workshop/seminar will be a mix of lectures, case presentations and discussions, not least where the participants will help to provide input on their experiences on the use of social media. The aim of this seminar is that participants will gain a lot of new experiences and hands-on knowledge in the use of social media.
